Principal Responsibility：

主要职责

1.Assist R&D Supervisor to develop the production process of new product: responsible for process investigation,

suggestion, test, record, samples collection & labeling and analysis during product development.
协助研发主管开发新产品的生产工艺：在产品开发过程中负责工艺的研究，提议，测试，记录，样品收集、标注和分析。
2.Assist R&D Supervisor to improve the current process of current product: responsible for process investigation,improvement suggestion, test, samples collection & labeling, analysis and new process document preparation.
协助研发主管改进现有产品的工艺：负责工艺的研究，提议，测试，记录，样品收集、标注和分析以及起草新工艺文件。
3.Responsible for capacity/efficiency improvement for key machines, include investigation, suggestion and test.
负责主要生产设备产能或效率的改进，包括调查，提议和测试。
4.Responsible for training of production operators in terms of process for new product.
负责对生产操作人员进行新产品工艺的培训。
5.Responsible for communication with QC and production in terms of the process control, including control method,control frequency & others
负责在工艺控制方面与质量控制和生产部门沟通协调，包括控制的方法，频率及其它。

Qualifications:
任职资格
-Good ability in terms of analysis, organization and communication
良好的分析、组织和沟通能力;
-Good communication ability in reading and written English;
良好的英文读写沟通能力；
-College degree with major in Food Science and Technology or relevant.
大专以上学历，食品科学与工程或相关专业;
-Familiar with Food Manufacturing,have experience in confectionary development or with more than 1 year relevant

working experience is preferred.
熟悉食品制造、具有糖果开发经验或一年以上相关工作经验者优先。
