1. CRM Project Manager for NIN (Nestle Infant Nutrition) CRM programs

2. Maintain close communication with NIN marketing to create value via professional CRM operation.
- Support with Brand Marketing / CRM Club on member communication plan based on when and where target consumers are the most receptive for education, recruitment and retention.
- Based on CRM key project requested, formulate annual project budget and regularly review its implementation etc.
- Take responsibilities of annual/ quately/ monthly review so as to achieve the stipulated ROI and outcome.
- Always on the lookout for new opportunities especially in understanding needs of potential customers etc

3. Closely work with internal CRM team to ensure -
- Daily Call Center operation excellence to fulfill project KPIs
- CRM system optimization to in line with business scope

4. Consumer Data Mining to benefit in CRM strategy fine-turns

Requirement:

- Relevant bachelor degree in Marketing or Communication
- At least 6 years marketing projects or CRM experience, with relevant products CRM experience is preferred.
- Familiar with CRM strategic planning and implementation, new customers recruitment, retention of existing customers, social CRM experience etc.
- Proficient with the use of word、excel、PPT Office software
