Senior Analyst - Manager, Research

What this job involves:

?Focusing on macroeconomic analysis, industry research, property market dynamics, conducting forecasting exercises and support a range of internal and external clients. 

?Working with analysts to conduct the Firm's white paper, and carry out original research on topical property market matters.

?Provide research supports in accordance to the agreed framework in order to help business growth.

?Stationing in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, to work with the Head of Research (south China) to execute research plan

?Implement research plans in southern China to grow our research coverage

?Participate in Asia Pacific Regional and Global research initiatives and contribute as required

?Develop the office, residential and retail research platform for research quality enhancement

?A master or doctorate degree in economics or real estate from accredited overseas universities is preferred, or other related disciplines;

?International exposure, overseas working experience is preferred

?Related experiences in macroeconomic or real estate industry experiences in the area of research or consulting; for assistant manager or above level, 2+ years related experience would be preferred;

?Well versed in the economic analysis, polices and real estate industry related issues in China

?Professional English and Chinese report writing, communication and presentation skills

?Demonstrated solid economic analysis skillsets and able to provide point of view in the industry 

?Strong knowledge of PC applications such as MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Hands-on with statistical soft wares preferred

?Team player and able to effectively with internal and external functions

?Good communication and interpersonal skills

?Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities, attention in details and strong sense of responsibility required

?Ability to work efficiently and independently to deadlines

?Quick learner
