职位描述

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in accordance to company direction and strategy including but not limit to Trade Lane, Inbound, outbound for Integrated Logistics businesses; prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting

  • Generate profitable sales in new accounts that meet and exceed business revenue goals

  • Target customer would not only limit to small medium but also potential big accounts

  • Prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, marketing materials and monitoring sales lead and responses

  • Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with relevant customers and key decision makers with the aim to secure business

  • Responsible for driving in market growth, ensuring operational excellence and developing infrastructure project pipeline for new business opportunities and achieve company revenue growth.

  • Coordinate marketing and pricing opportunities in relation to bid opportunities

  • Meet full year sales target, both for new business sales target (NBST) and Total sales target(TST).


Education and Experience requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum 5 years of professional Sales function in transport/freight forwarding /logistics /supply chain solutions industry

  • Able to identify business opportunity and good market knowledge in Guangdong province.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivated

  • Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin

  • Presentable & flexible

  • Strong multi-tasking skills

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Problem solving and Team player

  • Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities

  • Demonstrate success in developing new businesses
