职位描述

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the
Organization:

?
Plan and deliver the most efficient and productive assortment for Own Retail in
responsible category which represents a strong brand image and consistency of
the range across the portfolio of stores

?
Drive key Retail KPIs (Comp growth, ATV, UPT, Conversion, margin, discount and
planned production sell through, inventory ending, etc.) with the right Merchandise

?
Play a critical role to drive brand & company direction, business growth,
partner with own retail operations team.

Key
Responsibilities:

Planning

-
Set the KPIs for the whole Merchandising process and each team member

-
Plan the OTB and Buy Plan for Own Retail stores in responsible category

-
Plan monthly assortment per store, Initial stock allocation plan to stores for
new launches for

OR

-
Analyse daily and historical sell-through data and marketing products future
plans to deliver the best assortment per store

-
Plan TB allocation plan with SCM team and monitor the actual vs plan

-
Manage the A-return from concept stores and tail inventory with SCM team

-
Plan FO weekly, monthly promotion together with operations team to drive ST

-
Overall inventory planning to hit company inventory target

-
Plan PP OTB based on TB & A-return balance

Management

-
Coordinate with Global GFO & CtC,BU to make assortment needs per season

-
Consolidate these needs into an efficient PP buying plan

-
Analyse weekly sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to ST results

-
Make sure both PP & TB margin & discount are under control

-
Make sure our buy and merchandising schedule can well reflect the strategies of
the company.

-
Monitor the sell through in-season and provide suggestion for in-season product
management.

- Manage TB &
PP delivery according to the store needs

- Manage markdown based on company guidance

- Deliver reports to aChina, region and Global regularly or
on request.

- Manage the daily operations of all the team members and
follow up with them their progress on KPIs regularly

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- Functional – Around 10+ years of proven merchandising
experience with at least 4 years at senior level with major
apparel/fashion/footwear companies with big brands

- Exposure – Familiar with Retail Business Module, prefer for
both Retail and Franchise, prefer familiar Factory Out running module

- Industry – Ideally in apparel/fashion/footwear

- Relevant China market experience is must

- Bachelor's Degree in business related discipline is
required

- Fluent in English and Mandarin
