Job Title:Human Resource Director
Location: Tianjin
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic HR support to business leaders within a business unit or functional organization. Work closely with the executive team to develop effective HR strategies to address the professional development, retention and hiring of talent.
· Lead organization effectiveness initiatives, both strategically and operationally.
· Design organizational structures and work processes.
· Implement change processes and large scale interventions that support rapid change, and ensure that human, financial and information resources are aligned with desired changes.
· Responsible for all the staffing activities - attract and retain the right talent.
Requirements (Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities):
· The successful candidate will preferably have a graduate degree in human resources or related field; minimum 5 years of human resource management experience.
· Good command of English.
· Experience working with management around the execution of Human Resources initiatives, important to driving business results.
· Knowledge of the business value chain that links market demand with internal supply.
· Strong understanding of traditional HR tools: staffing, organization design, performance management, HR measurement and legal compliance.
· Demonstrated ability to design and deliver developmental agendas that integrate individual and organizational learning and development.
· Proven ability to effectively deal with conflict.
· Strong relationship management skills; a skillful team player with the ability to network effectively up, down and across the business.
· Excellent communication skills; articulate, possessing both credibility and integrity.
