Job Description:

? Working closely with customer engineer on connector designs to develop design concepts and participate in multidiscipline design reviews.

? Performing onsite coordinator role by interacting with customer engineers collecting work, share it with offshore team, planning, scheduling, review and manage flawless deliverables to customer. Interact with customer vendors on need basis.

? Predominately working with Creo and Windchill tools, for design and design updates.

? Working with Solidworks and AutoCAD as well on need basis.

? New manufacturing drawing creations for plastic, Sheet metal parts and assemblies and delivering flawless drawings as scheduled.

? Mange daily task reports, weekly report and monthly report and share with respective stakeholders.

? Conduct daily call with team in India and weekly call with customer.

Required Skill:

• Mandatory: Proficient in Chinese and English languages, to interact with customer and offshore team in India.

• Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical or relevant discipline.

• Total experience more than 7 years.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Leader for coordination and sizable team management.
• Experience in direct interaction and co-ordination with stakeholders, customers and vendors.
• Proficient in Pro-E/Creo/Wind-chill (Part design, assembly design, BOM understanding, assembly drawing, check-in, check-out, design release etc.).
• Hands on experience on Solidworks and AutoCAD.
• Hands on experience in large assembly management techniques.
• Experience in New Product Development of Sheet metal, machined and Plastic parts design with insert mould and over mould features.
• Managing large assemblies, working with Sheet metal, plastic and machined components and drawing creations.
• Experience in updating plastic and sheet metal parts for DFM/DFA requirements.
• Good knowledge on ASME standards, GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up analysis.
• Experience in applying appropriate GD&T symbols to drawings.
• Industrial experience from plastic and sheet metal manufacturing is added advantage.
• Experience on backplane connectors design and life cycle management is added advantage.
• Knowledge on high speed stamping and molding process is added advantage.
• Knowledge on cable connectors and server chassis is added advantage.
