Business Context and Main Responsibilities of the Job
Genesis SSM is a key project in the Shanghai laboratory and is also very important for the oral care category. We require to boost our expertise in the areas of delivery to specific parts of the oral cavity (tooth, verses gum verses other soft tissues). Work with Genesis SSM team to develop new materials for the targeted delivery of benefit agents to specific areas of the oral cavity. It will be necessary to study the mode of action and establish proof of principle for any new technologies developed. We are looking for an experienced inorganic or polymer chemist who preferably has some knowledge of working in oral care.

Job Requirements:
1. Ph.D on polymer/inorganic Chemistry or composite materials area.
2. Candidate with experience on oral care technologies or products will be preferred.
3. Candidate with experience on biomineralisation will be preferred.
4. Responsible and cooperative, self-motivated, willing to face challenge, reliable.
5. Fluent spoken and written English
6. Creative thinking and open mind.
7. Good Communication skills.
