东莞招聘

1. 协助华南KA制作、修正销售目标，费用等计划；
2. 负责销售团队的销售数据统计，核对各项销售数据，编制各项销售报表，费用分析、经营分析等并定期汇报；
3. 以营销政策为依据协助华南KA 管控销售团队各项费用。如促销费、差旅费、管理费等；
4. 传达、实施、跟踪、监控营销方案的执行，汇总各市场营销活动方案的执行进度和执行结果。
5. 和客户谈判团队合作，提供客户化促销方案。共同推动客户化促销方案在门店的落地并追踪执行结果。
6. 对接跨部门工作，是华南KA费用、促销、目标管理、销售预测的跨部门对接窗口
7. 与销售区域沟通协调，反馈和解决各种有销售相关的问题。
8. 帮助销售团队与各相关部门沟通协调，就解决方案达成一致确保销售目标达成。
9. 负责区域销售会议的组织、筹划工作。

 

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 有快速消费品销售数据分析相关工作经验3年以上；
3. 对数据敏感，熟练应用主流的数据分析方法；
4. 优秀的沟通能力，善于多部门的沟通协调；
5. 熟练office软件操作，尤其是EXCEL，PPT等
6. 良好英语听、读、写能力；
7. 积极主动、善于学习、执行能力与抗压能力强。
