职位描述：

1. Develop the project plan, scope, timeline, budget and deliverables in collaboration with the DMC.

2. Responsible for project communication to different levels, i.e., project stakeholders, customers, users, project team and project suppliers.

3. Manage and coordinate project daily activities, escalate issues to proper levels in right time.

4. Control the project budget and ensure no over-budget spending.

5. Manager project team for project matters.

6. Responsible for the project deliverables in accordance to the approved project objectives.

7. Responsible for determining the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.

8. Responsible for project change management and risk management, and to re-plan the project in order to meet project objectives according to DMC decisions.

9. Responsible for ensuring solution quality in accordance with the project management plan.

10. Responsible for using project management best practices

11. Responsible for project transitioning to IT service management team.

12. Responsible for supporting the Account Manager (AM) in customer interactions and agreement work.

职位要求：

1. Totally more than 10years of experience in IT application area in MNC.

2. More than 5 years of experience in ERP roll out projects and more than 3 years as a Project Manager for medium to large size projects.

3. Good business acumen and solid business knowledge in supply chain, working experiences in auto industry is a plus.

4. Proved project management skills, be able to manage medium to large size project.

5. Good project budget control experience.

6. Excellent communications & negotiation skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management.

7. Good thinking and problem solving skill, the ability to deal with ambiguity.

8. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, initiative-taking/ownership and be result driven.

9. Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.

10. Strong experiences in people management and development, strong coaching and mentoring skills.

11. Good business writing skills and strong presentation skills

12. Good process development and implementation skills.

13. Excellent oral and written English skills

14. Bachelor and/or Master/MBA degree.

15. PMP certificate is a plus.

16. Working experience as ERP consultant or Business Analyst is a plus
