Responsibilities:
? General coordination and technical support
? Adapt, design and prepare drawings of tobacco processing and/or cigarette production lines according to the specification and needs of customers in China
? Project management of development projects to adapt the production lines for the local requirements in China
? Specification of the required equipments together with customers in China
? Analysing and optimizing key processes during the adaptation
? Providing consultancy support regarding production processes after 3 to 6 months training in the production facilities in Europe
? Identifying the customer needs and products requirements
? General translation between English and Chinese in written and spoken
? Closely cooperation with the European Headquarters

Requirements:
? Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering, preferred in mechanical, electronic/electrical or processing Engineering
? About 3-5 years of practical experience in a technical environment for special machines or production line engineering (we do not require experience in tobacco or cigarette machines. Important is that you are familiar with custom-made special machines or production lines, i.e. every machine or production line is custom-made so you are familiar with the process to discuss with customers to understand their needs, prepare specifications and drawings, suggest or discuss with the technical staff in HQ for possible adaptations to save cost or fulfil customer´s requirements.)
? Good command in MS Office products and CAD knowledge is desired. Knowledge about SolidWorks will be an advantage
? Working experience in European or American companies will be an advantage
? Ability to work independently
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Fluent in English and Chinese, spoken and written
? Self motivated, highly customer and result orientated, systematic work

要求：
? 大学毕业，机械，机械工程电子电机最佳
? 大约3-5年在特殊机械或者机械工程方面的技术工作经验 （我们并不需要烟草机械的工作经验，重要的是你熟悉为客户量身定做的机械或者机械工程，也就是说每一个机械都是根据客户的需要量身定做的，你需要熟悉机械工程，能理解客户的需求，制作出规格和图纸，之后和总部的技术人员商量，如何改变现有的机械，配合客户需要或者帮客户节约成本。）
? 熟悉使用MS Office, CAD, 如果会SolidWorks就更佳
? 在跨国企业工作的经验
? 处理复杂情况的能力和独立工作的能力
? 良好的沟通能力和展示能力
? 流利的英文（口語和書面）
? 工作有条理，以客戶需求为导向，追求工作成效
