Community Manager

What this job involves:

? Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events

? Manage all operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction

? Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations

? Recommend best practices, including but not limited to: community management, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level

? Take responsibility for sales and community dynamics

? Produce comprehensive quality control reports that allow all stakeholders to improve member experience

are looking for:

Education and experience

A Bachelor’s degree or above, and you’ll need minimum of 3+ years of directly applicable experience in customer

service, business operations and project management. Community outreach experience a plus.

A relationship builder

You’ll have passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities. You’ll also be good at building team

relationships and demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and

empathy.

Great organization skills

You’ll have strong organisational and multitasking skills, and listening in a way that builds and maintains rapport with

internal and external clients.

Excellent communication techniques

You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skill would be the essential tool in

achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation as well as external.
