PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • This role is expected as compensation and benefits expert to provide valuable insights via data analysis to support People team strategy and enhance C&B policy, process and practice.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Describe the major activities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved.

?   Be responsible for HR regular report and related people productivity and efficiency analysis. ?   Participate annual salary survey and keep track of market C&B trends and practices. ?   Exercise on the job mapping and salary appraisal for external new hires and internal job movement. ?   Annual review for benefits vendors, like insurance vendors, to continuously improve cost efficiency and service of the vendors. ?   Assistant in C&B data analysis with high quality and provide support on review and develop motivational measures (incentive / bonus / commission, etc.) ?   Lead and promote C&B communication and interpret C&B policies and procedures to business managers and employees. ?   Support annual C&B projects, such as merit increase, budgeting, bonus planning and etc. ?   Perform ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

List the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the job in a fully competent manner.

  • Bachelor degree with major in Business Administration or Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years consistency experience in multinational companies in HR function.
  • Self-motivated and positive thinking and quick learning.
  • Details orientated , patient and have strong ownership
  • Extraordinary communication and coordination skills
  • CET-6 owner with command of English both oral and written.
  • With good PC & Excel knowledge.
