Main Requirement

* Over 5 years printing and dying knowledge, better work in factory

* Good communication in Chinese and English

* Fashion sense and open minded

Main Responsibility

- SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

* Identify right suppliers for printing and dying,

* Understand trend information from R&D/PD team and identify right suppliers for development with price effectiveness

* Manage direct supply chain relations with dying and printing suppliers

* Evaluate suppliers on multiple criteria (price, quality, service, reliability etc.)

* Improve overall supplier performance, educate them on H&M requirements (Quality, CSR)

- INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION

* Have a strong cooperation with R&D, merchandisers, QA, QC and Sustainability team for effective execution.

* Coordinate with relevant teams to develop suppliers for development and buying

- COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS

* Keep close contact with suppliers for updated status on deliveries, coordinate with garment suppliers if necessary.

* Regular communication, give and receive feedback to improve performance
