TRENDS & FASHION
* Proactively understand technical trends (pre season)
* Translate product trends into innovative technical solutions
* Follow the technical trends closely in supply chain globally and what competitors are working on in supply chain

TECHNICALLY DEVELOP NEW COMPONENTS
* Drive component innovation according to trends and price targets
* Develop technical solutions for new components globally
* Innovate and create components to ensure trends and best commercial options
* Provide best prototype/sample to showroom in time
* Conduct risk assessment for production friendliness
* Responsible for risk assessment with QA, full QA and follow up

FIT AND SILHOUETTE
* Develop commercial fit & silhouette based on new trends
* Follow up and evaluate silhouette, fit and technical solutions

PATTERNS AND MEASUREMENTS LIST
* Create patterns & measurement list according to trends
* Create technical spec sheets and solutions

COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION
* Work closely with Trend Developer
* Work closely with PD and R&Ds ta secure their needs
* Work closely with material and component teams together with Trend Interpreter
* Work closely with specific contact at relevant Production Offices
* Work closely with supply chain to enable our new components
