Main Responsibilities:
* Spend as much time as possible in preproduction line and in-line in order to prevent potential problems later on.
* Make sure all H&M requirements are being followed in production.
* Perform inline & final inspections using H&M tools and methods.
* Meeting and communication with Merchandiser, Technician, or other team member to solve production problems.
* Working place based in Shanghai, and inspection out of Shanghai.

Main Requirements:
* Above 5 years related working experience
* Factory working experience is more perferred
* Experience with home production
* Ability of english reading and write is a must
* Good computer operation skill and be able to use english operation system
* Good communication skill
* Loyal & honest
* Can travel frequently
