Responsibility:
* Be responsible for recruiting according to company recruitment process (understand the position requirements correctly and clearly, screen CV, phone interview, 1st interview, communication with senior and manager, reference check, etc.)
* Support on training (New Employee Orientation, Company Value introduction, Internal Training Courses coordinating and preparation, Be internal trainer if possible)
* Support on talent development including performance leadership assessment, individual development plan and succession planning.
* Updated HR reports (headcount report, organization chart, leave record, etc.)
* Participate in designated projects / tasks assigned by HR head
* Organize team activities, annual dinner, etc.


Requirements:
* Bachelor degree, above 5 years HR related experience means understand HR principles and procedure, familiar with labor law
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
* Strong in planning, organizing
* Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, quick learner
