职位描述
The role is of major importance to manage our processes and related technology used in China. Key focus is on ensuring the systems used in JLL support the operational process in China, and enable 1- productivity in the account teams and 2- transparency to our clients.
This role needs to deal extensively with account teams as well as central (Apac) technology owners.
1. Ensure a close connection with account teams and implement technology that enable and improves the on-account FM processes.
2. Develop, implement and continue to enhance the technology roadmap for China, with local solutions as well as (adapted) regional and global technology
3. Scan the market for systems with value for JLL or its clients
4. Oversee process & technology governance, implementation, execution, adoption, performance and maturity.
5. Systems in scope are all systems used in JLL, with priority on CMMS systems (360, Corrigo, FacilityButler, eFit). IN a later stage, engineering & energy systems (ESP, CMO, Command Centre / IntelliCommand, IoT, LCAM), Reporting systems (RED, Automated FM reporting) and client facing systems (Vendor Management System, JLL Onsite, Roombit, Savings tracker) will be added
1. Ensure a close connection with account teams and implement technology that enable and improves the on-account FM processes
a. Setup a network of on-account technology owners
b. Organize change control boards to prioritize system improvements
c. Support on-site teams with systems implementations
d. Ensure account teams follow the designed processes
2. Develop, implement and continue to enhance the technology roadmap for China, with local solutions as well as (adapted) regional and global technology
a. Make an inventory of current systems used in China, and identify improvement opportunities in either operational process or technology
b. Understand regional and global tools and suggest adaptations as required
c. Design solutions for these gaps and ensure their development and implementation
3. Scan the market for systems with value for JLL or its clients
a. Visit relevant conferences
b. Find and build a network of competent system suppliers
c. Contract and manage these vendors for systems relevant to JLL or its clients
4. Oversee process governance, implementation, execution, adoption, performance and maturity.
a. Process ownership: identifying requirements, ensuring business readiness, oversee implementation of changes and improvements
1. Ensure support: High client satisfaction rating from key account team stakeholders
2. On-time system implementations
3. Technology 100% used, i.e. elimination of non-system based processes
Requirements
1. Process orientation, technology savvy
2. Capability to translate strategic requirements into operational processes
3. Have a high level of service orientation
4. Drives change, both towards headquarter organizations as well as in on-account processes. Raises process awareness.
5. Over 5 years’ experience in operational on-account Facility Management
6. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
7. Reading, speaking & writing English to be good
