职位描述
? Assist FC for China Project finance related
? Reporting and analysis
? Assist FC for process improvement and new system implementation
? Ensure project revenue and cost recognition based on policy
? Work alongside with PMs to forecast top-line and trades
? Debtors follow up and chasing
? AP & AR analysis and follow up to ensure cash positive
? Monthly reports update and analysis
? Support FC for annual plan and monthly forecast
? Review and support FC for current process improvement
? Support company SOX requirement and external audit
职位要求：
? Over 8 years of experience in finance roles, in which at least 5 years in analysis role
? Accounting or Finance degree
? Prior experience working in US MNC and/or dynamic environment, preferably in professional service industry
? Understand USGAAP requirement
? High proficiency with excel. power-point is a plus
? Proficient in English, both writing and speaking
? Strong accounting knowledge
? Working knowledge of Finance system applications e.g. PeopleSoft, Hyperion, TM1 etc.
? Extensive understanding of cooperate financial management knowledge;
? Experience in Design and construction company is plus
? Good Team work spirit
? Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work within tight deadlines
? Good communications skills
? Energy and passion to deliver results in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment
? Hands on with attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
? Able to work with ambiguity and within a fluid and large organization structure
? Able to work under multi-culture business environment
