Position: Associate Director (brokerage)

Department: Shanghai Industrial

Report to: Head of Logistics Infrastructure Service

Work location: Shanghai

Remuneration: salary + commission

Responsibility:

• Develop business opportunities from tenants, landlords, and investors.
• Conduct transactions including leasing, landlord rep, asset sale, etc. and achieve revenue target
• Maintain and enhance relationship with developers and landlords, BD on new developers.
• Build up and execute client(tenants) BD strategy, especially on e-com companies and retail brands.
• Coordinate team marketing activities
• Coordinate database building/manage, including landlord projects and tenants info

Qualifications

• 4 years plus working experience on real estate leasing/BD
• E-com company or supply chain consulting firm experience preferred
• Team worker, self-motivated and persistent
• Proven track record on previous business
• Good English communication
• Bachelor degree on economics related fields
• Proficient MS Office software user
