Space Planning Assistant Job Description:

Duties include;

1. To survey buildings and update existing AutoCAD layouts with DC room.

2. Project support and document management.

3. Assist with space planning to implement major office work order, LDO, Office Change, etc…, to deliver office occupancy/vacancy statistics and analysis, complete data input and maintenance in OPUS.

4. To prepare office, lab and project layout using AutoCAD.

Applicants must have;

1. Engineering college graduates required, English CET-4 above.

2. Strong computers skills, particularly with the AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite and Excel.

3. Excellent communication skills preferential admit.
