职位描述
To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.
Soft service
· Assist to monitor the Office Facilities & Critical Environment
· Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical equipment.
· Assist to deal with emergency and arrange ad-hoc repair
· Assist to ensure a good office environment, including arranging office ad-hoc repair, monitoring landscaping service, cleaning service and security service.
· Assist to ensure all office equipment and appliances are in good working order.
· Ensure sufficient consumables (Office supply, water, paper, card cover, rope, telephone, cables etc.) purchased from approved vendors who deliver timely and accurately.
· To follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
· To handle confidential document destruction and document archiving.
· Employee parking management, including parking card registration, hand-out card, parking card information update, checking card returning for staff who resigns, etc.
· Office service and events support and assistance when demanded
· Assist to SOP work-out, implementation and update accordingly when needed.
· Assist to accomplish the cost saving target via procurement optimization, operation process optimization, as well as innovative initiatives.
· Projector and assignment support and assistance when required
Procurement
· To assist client/FM to bid the contractors.
· Assist to coordinate, assess and screen vendors.
· Assist to vendor management, including supervising, training and meeting etc
· Assist to evaluate the contractors’ service performance.
· Coordinate and support JLL HQ SCMP team in related purchasing & services.
Client Report/Communication
· Regular meeting with clients/end users and make meeting minutes. Follow up actions.
· Report and submit purchase request for client approval.
· Assist to do report work including monthly report (MMR), quarterly report (QBR) and KPI review etc.
LL/BMO communication
· Keep good communication with landlord and the building management office (BMO)
· Regular monthly meeting with LL and BMO. Make meeting minutes and track actions.
· Any other duties assigned by the facilities manager.
