Job Description and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Analyst to support our efforts to provide clients with in-depth insight and analysis on real estate markets in East China. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of an award-winning team in a professional, multi-national working environment. Responsibilities

As an Analyst responsible for GIS & Spatial Analysis, the successful candidate will: ？ Oversee data collection, maintenance, update and expansion of JLL’s best-in-class research database. ？ Design and automate processes that create meaningful analysis of real estate using spatial conventions. ？ Leverage JLL’s in-house and third-party databases to enhance research capabilities. ？ Consolidate and synthesize data from multiple sources, using SQL and advanced functionality in Excel. ？ Update and create impactful maps and charts for high visibility conferences, webinars, and research papers. ？ Support JLL’s research team building client presentations that help various business units and clients identify new opportunities. ？ Perform ad hoc, custom client research and provide support for delivery of work to clients

Qualifications and Experience

Required ？ Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in Geography/Geographical Sciences or Computer Science preferred. ？ 2-3 years of work experience in operating ArcGIS suite, QGIS and Tableau experience also relevant. ？ Ability to gather, aggregate, and process data in and from Microsoft Excel and SQL databases. ？ Demonstrated intellectual curiosity that will promote strong data analysis. ？ Team player that thrives in a collegial environment. ？ Excellent time-management skills that facilitate working in a deadline-driven environment. ？ Demonstrated evidence of high level English communication and writing skills
