POSITION GOALS To assist Department on meeting Finance Target;

To ensure all revenue and expense to be booked in time;

To ensure the account is without outstanding account receivable;

Fully control site Financial status through working with site teams;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily ·

Monitor the budget VS spending strictly ·

Assist Operation Manager and PM on controlling the budget ·

Account receivable tracking and write off AR ·

Cost and Revenue booking or accrual system ·

Gain complete understanding of client accounting requirements, communicate requirements to team, and ensure requirements are met as established by the client. ·

Month end closing in accordance with the month end calendar from both Regional and Local finance. ·

Others as requested Monthly /Quarterly ·

Ensure the monthly closing on time ·

Timely submitted the Variance report between budgeted and actual ·

Develop and present reports to the internal and external clients ·

Account forecast ·

Run Month-end checklist reports and Review the problems ·

Others as requested Annual: ·

Meet financial plan ·

Participate in the completion of financial audits as required. ·

Others as requested

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES ·

Ensure the Finance KPI Targets for the Department are met · Ensure P&L report fully feedback department'f status COMPETENCIES ·

Accounting background ·

Team player ·

3~5 years finance experience ·

Responsible / Be able to under pressure ·

Good written and verbal communication skill including English
