• Job Descriptions:
  1. Follow up Platform and Customization Project schedule between AirTies and Manufacturer.
  ? Attending weekly project meeting to follow up actions 
  ? Customized part (printed materials, housing parts and other packing items) sample control and reference sample approval for manufacturer
  ? Product golden sample control and reporting
  ? Support new supplier/ manufacturer evaluation
  ? Sourcing for urgent component supply in production
  ? On-site support during FW verification process at manufacturer
  ? Provide weekly reports about projects schedule and follow up items 
  ? On-site support on tooling development and approvals at suppliers
  ? Taking initiative to solve any last minute issues during mass production
  ? Co-work with AirTies manufacturing engineering team and ODM on manufacturing efficiency improvements
  
  2. Support Purchasing team on sourcing activities
  ? Find new suppliers based on the requirements coming from Purchasing team
  ? First visit to new supplier to check quality, process, organization…etc
  ? Supplier visit/meetings for the specific Purchasing topics where it is required 
  ? Visit fairs to support sourcing activities
  
  
  Qualifications:
  ? Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electric/Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
  ? Minimum 3 years of manufacturing and sourcing experience
  ? Experience in Project Management 
  ? Experience in network electronic equipment manufacturing is an asset
  ? Multi-national company experience preferred
  ? Wireless test systems work experience is an asset
  ? Very good level of written and spoken English
  ? Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationship with suppliers, manufacturers and Headquarter, manage supplier quality and improvement plan, engineering evaluation of suppliers’ products
  ? Ability to multi-task, strong time management skills, and excellent decision making capabilities
  ? Resident in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, able to travel domestic and abroad
