JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Act as single point of contact between internal Platform Project Development team and Contract Manufacturers, manage communication, open necessary channels for efficiency.
? Work with internal and external team members including manufacturer and RD teams in the definition and the development stage of the new platforms, monitor and make sure there is agreement in place between RD and Contract Manufacturing partner on DFT, DFM, DFL, DFC and DFQ* 
? Understand the test requirements of the new hardware platform given by RD departments and make sure test systems are set up by Contract Manufacturers according to the requirements in a way to ensure the optimum test times are achieved while considering the RoI as well as the required confidence level in quality. 
? Owner of the Sample and Pilot Production Processes for the new products after prototyping stage completed by RD. Organize internal and external teams, plan required activities and follow up deliverables. Present on-site for first approval whenever necessary
? Support Manufacturing, Manufacturing Quality teams whenever required for the new platforms’ control and verification documents 
? Maintain the product document control system for new platforms, follow up and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO) until mass production
? Analyze and interpret test results kept in the manufacturing test logs, define areas to improve and drive to resolution in design and manufacturing lines to achieve desired quality and yield levels
? Support customization projects by generating and monitoring the verification of Product Customization Documents (PCD) with NPI DVT technician for new customer projects

Process Improvements
? Point out, monitor, propose, define and implement new processes or enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS:
? University Graduate, Engineering. 
? 5+ years of experience (preferably in electronics manufacturing and test systems)
? Experience and know-how in reliability test processes
? Wifi equipment manufacturing experience is a plus
? High communication, negotiation and governance skills
? Very good level of written and spoken English
? Efficient reporting skills
? Resident in Shenzhen, able to travel domestic and abroad
? Multi-national company experience preferred
? No military obligation for male candidates
