Objective

To accomplish retail research and project consulting.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Supervision and personal engagement in report research, drafting and presentation

• Data collection and analysis; supervision of database maintenance

• Clients prospecting and maintenance

• Financial modelling

• Improve the department’s research, analytical and presentation capabilities

  Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• L6+ years in commercial property

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or a related field

• Strong interpersonal, communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Proficient in written/verbal English & Mandarin

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
