Consultant 销售人员

Including, but not limited to the following accountabilities 包括但是不限于:

？ Daily sales operations in on-site office ？ Clients prospecting and sales target achieving ？ Residential project negotiation and documentation ？ Receivables collection and after-sale services ？ Cold call and outside visit needed ？ Other daily operations as advised by Manager Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience ？ Handle inquiry from potential clients in regards to office property investment and able to provide investment recommendation and strategy to clients ？ Provide high standard of advisory service on location, finance, letting and resale of property to clients ？ Skilled in assisting prospective buyers in visiting, selecting and inspecting properties and sites ？ Progress sale through to reservation, exchange and completion stage ？ Commitment to customer service including after sales and sales progression ？ Negotiate and agree sales price to both client and developer ？ To effectively manage a sales database to optimize sales opportunities ？ Closely working with International team on project coordination ？ Able to work with targets and deadlines.
