职位描述

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

Run packagiang material MRP for both DHL and Co-man to ensure materials can support production timely, meanwhile, control material left-overs to the lowest
Develop and maintain a 52-week master production schedule for Co-man on a weekly basis to ensure on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments. Manage and control Finished Goods inventory to best balance service and potential aging stock
Closely work with global supply team for Supply Planning Tool (JDA) implementing for Co-manufacturing and Co-packing facilities. Set up and maintain all Manugistics system settings for new and existing items and make necessary modifications to achieve desired business results.
Monitor PCM projects related to the sourcing loacations as LSFC (China JV) and copacking facilities. Work with Marketing, Sales, demand planning and Operations to communicate timeline and critical issues as they relate to upcoming initiatives and innovations.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

Leadership/Managerial Skills

1. Strong business process management.

2. Strong influencing skill.

Technical Skills

1. Good at computer, strong skills with PCs, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite

2. Logical thinking, extensive analytical and problem solving skills

3. Required demonstrated skills in advanced supply chain planning tools (SAP, Manugistics, or other ERP systems).

4. Experience with managing large volumes of data, and attention to accuracy and details.

5. Good communication skill, ability to understand and explain mathematical concepts

6. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment and manage multiple activities/projects.

7. Good time management and prioritization skills.

8. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings

9. Fluent in English (both oral & written). Mandarin is a must

10. Understanding of factory organization and functions

11. Exposure to S&OP and other internal and external collaborative processes

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: BS or equivalent major in Logistics, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years experience in supply planning in a consumer packaged goods environment. SAP/Manugistics user experience is a plus.
