Daily Operations:

1. Responsible for the payment booking in SAP upon terms.

2. Take care of oversea payment to headquarter, secure the compliance to requirements from customs and tax bureau.

3. Review the accuracy of PO expenses posting, and process non-PO expenses requests according to policy.

4. Prepare payment proposal per schedule.

5. Timely follow up of pending issues and outstanding invoices, especially long aged AP items.

6. Responsible for regular cash flow forecast;

7. Vendor master data management;

8. New staff orientation on company T&E policies and PO process, help desk function on any related queries;

9. Support on AP related process improvement and projects.

Tasks for Month End Closing:

1. Verify invoices vs. SAP posting, and perform clearance in time.

2. A/P Sub-ledger reconciliation with General-ledger before financials finalized.

3. Take in charge of intercompany reconciliation during closing time.

4. Responsible for month-end closing reports in relation to AP work, both for managerment book and statutory book.
