Job Duties:

- BPM(Business Process Management) implementation in China Region.

- IT solution/support to Land Transportation Business.

- Proactively collecting upcoming requirements and providing solutions in time, coordinating activities between the business units and IT partners to get the solution in place.

- Providing data extraction requests and developing corresponding business reports which are provided to management on strategy making.

- Contribute to the daily activities of the application systems in the delivery of business systems support and training.

- Liaison with RHO IT team as well as accomplish regional project implementation within schedule in China site.

- Develop related business applications for business communities so that extra-manpower and exception data can be decreased.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree, major in Computer Science

- Strong knowledge and skills in Java, J2EE, SOA, MS SQL, My SQL, Project Management, Business Analysis.

- 2-3 years work experience, at least participate in 1-2 Java project.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
