Job Responsibility

1、 Maintain an effective execution of the regular reporting andinformation flow between coal business units (coal mines and coal trading) andHome office for effective asset management in the areas below;

• Regular reports
• Annual planning and budgeting
• Facilitate Board meetingadministration
• Risk profile and monitoring
• Tracking on coal industryrelated policies, make related analysis on impact to coal business
• Support and help coordinationon performance evaluation for CAPEX and initiative projects
• In-time information supply andclarification

2、 As project administrator, facilitate in project management onvarious projects (expansion, retrofit, Capex, initiative) of all business(coal, power and other), including but not limited to project reporting, datacollection and structuring, and performance evaluation.

3、 As assistant to SAM department, harmonize routine administration

Qualification

1、 Excellent in written and spoken English

2、 With common project administration competence, with fundamentalfinancial knowledge; as well as independent reporting and analytical skills;

3、 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

4、 Bachelor and above, preferred major in coal mining or trading,thermal power engineering, business administration, or other relevant major;

5、  Project management or administration certificationpreferred (PMP, CAPM)

6、 Experience in administrating power or energy related constructionproject administration preferred
