In this role, you have the opportunity to
? Approach enterprise solution business within the Great China market.
? Deliver clinical training to client, and help potential customer better understand product features & benefits and service to their particular needs, which make difference among competition.

You are responsible for
? Develops and executes an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
? Customizes the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for eac specific user.
? Takes care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group.
? Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.
? Takes care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.
? Keeps in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and Role Overview
? Dedicated to specific type of product/system and country.
? Has to deal with demonstrations, training of users, small presentations, customizing.
? Makes own training plan for each customer.
? Takes care of implementation of new options and trials, according to prepared instructions.
? Has regular contact with users about special wishes. Adapts system settings as needed.
? Makes sure the product/system settings are at the highest level of performance.
? Involved in initial installations.
? Assists in sales by advise to account management
? Senior for specific type of product/system in country/cluster, coaching others. Or Specialist on one application in product centre.
? Coaching others.
? Mainly involved in implementation of new functionality and responsible for practical trials.
? Creates instructions for implementation of new functionality.
? Develops the basic system settings for new functions, if located at product centre.
? Responsible for implementation and maintenance of system settings for assigned application.
? Owner of complex field problems. Has to solve them with R&D and support the implementation in the field.
? Involved in initial installations and prepares installation of specials or scientific trials.

You are a part of
? CS Marketing, Greater China

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
? 2+ years clinical experience in Hospital
? 2+ years Marketing position job experience with clinical background
? Good communication skill
? Organize application group training
? Training and coach skill
? PC and English well
