职位描述
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Actively participates in quotation, orders and contracts processing, payment control for all responsible equipment orders and projects.
You are responsible for
? Prepare the final OIT package based on qualified files and get the related approvals, contact with different functions to finish OIT on time and ensure all be compiled with Philips internal control policies and guidelines
? Check buying parties qualification according company channel & bidding team & golbal export control policy
? Check project deal data including cost , configuration and price etc.
? Apply proper approval from related functions
? Create order file in SOFON system based on final data
? Apply to create or unlock customer ID
? Review contract terms and conditions and consult legal when necessary
? Collect payment or review Letter of Credit terms to avoid from discrepancies
? Send complete OIT files to Order Management team for order booking
? Archive order related files (in electronics or hard copy) according to retention requirement and for audit purpose
? Strictly follow periodical closing schedule and ensure timely & accurate data in Realtime report
? Give early warning to sales team and management by providing regular update on order intake status
? Timely provide order report to sales team
? Responsible for internal & external audit on order intake
? Other tasks assigned by team & company

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
? Eliminate potiential risk by stricktly folloingw company’s guidline and own experience& knowledge
? No audit issue
? Working on details with great patience and carefulness
? Work quickly and accurately with highly confidential information
? Bachelor Degree in International Trade or Supply Chain , good knowledge of contract law, international and local trade affairs;
? >3 Years experiences in foreign trade related field or supply chain management or operation management in Multinational Companies
