Basic Accountabilities:
1. Electrical part/component design, work out drawings and technical documents.

2. Design improvement and Cost Reduction 设计改进及成本降低
3. Familiar with electrical parts function and utilization as well as automation principle 熟悉电气部件功能，使用以及自动控制原理
4. Technical Support to Factory and Field 现场和工厂技术支持
5. Perform other duties as assigned and required 其它指定的工作

Key Measurements:
1. Correct and efficient of the tasks 正确高效的完成工作任务
2. Complete the job on the target of quality, time and cost 满足质量，时间及成本的目标要求
3. Support upper level to achieve departmental work objective 协助，支持上级完成部门工作目标


Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor or above, Electrical Engineering related
教育：电气工程类相关专业本科或以上学历
2. Language: CET4 or above, better speaking in English
语言： 英语四级以上，最好有一定口语能力
3. Computer Skills: experienced on AUTOCAD, Microsoft OFFICE
电脑：熟悉熟练使用AUTOCAD, OFFICE办公软件；
4. Other Key Competencies: Good team work and active working attitude and responsibility
其它： 良好的团队合作精神，工作态度积极， 责任感强
