JD of Claim handling officer
职位描述(Key Responsibility):
1. Be responsible for all claims handling of China. Manage the end-to-end claims process. Continually improve the consistency and reliability of the service provided and increase claim handling efficiency.
2. Providing guidance of claim handling for business and operation department.
3. Assess and document factual background of claims matters.
4. Pursue and/or support on the handling of recourse against the subcontractors under the guidance from line manager.
5. Perform administrative and clerical duties related to claims handling record and guide operation to update claims data in central online claims database according to Corporate manuals, working instructions and guidelines to ensure data accuracy.
6. Implement and coordinate damage prevention concepts/measures in conformity with global standards and instructions of corporate insurance management under the guidance from line manager.
7. Take additional tasks as assigned by line manager.
任职要求(Skills & Competencies):
1. Bachelor and/or above degree (insurance & legal related major).
2. 1+ years’ experience of operating an end-to-end claims handling process in the logistics and transportation industry. Alternatively relevant working experience in the insurance or related service industry (e.g. insurance broker, loss adjustor, recovery agent, (para-) legal etc.).
3. Fluent in English & Mandarin.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Must be pragmatic person.
6. Team player.
7. High ethical conduct and personal integrity.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Able to work independently, under pressure and to undertake initiative.
10. Capable to make informed judgments and to generate practical, timely solutions.
11. Ability to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals.
12. Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces.
