Role & Responsibilities:

  

- Implement Tender Management function in respect of pricing strategy and capacity planning for Central China.

  

- Liaise with Central/North China air and ocean area gateway teams in updating capacity plan, and projected market buying cost for both long term and short term pricing strategy.

  

- Participate in regular meeting to review market dynamics and capacity fulfillment to adjust pricing strategy for RFQ and ad-hoc pricing request.

  

- Prepare the Airfreight & Ocean freight tenders receiving from regional office, overseas in a timely manner and ensure high quality consistency and data accuracy

  

- Verify with the account holders and customers for the actual services & scale needed to ensure the right pricing being prepared/distributed, in particular of Global RFQ, this role must coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare pricing proposal and profitability projection, and engage with respective management for review and approval.

  

- Follow up and comply with internal procedure to continuous improve overall

  

- Create and maintain solution tariff and MSR (Minimum Selling Rate) and distribute to the network/ sales teams.

  

- Ensure individual and team performance are aligned to stipulated standard

  

- Provide performance reports on bids received

  

- Perform ad hoc assignments, pricing analysis and projects as assigned by the management to support that relate to revenue management activities

  

  

Education and Experience requirements

  

- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  

- 5 years or more of relevant experience in same industry (Freight Forwarding)
