职位描述

Strategic purpose of the position:

  • The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of the local C&S strategy and operational plan and execution of the C&S brand portfolio across target customers
  • Leads local interface with customers and distributors to identify, unlock and build relationships with accounts to deliver C&S brand and channel objectives and targets using C&S On-trade FIT framework

Core responsibilities:

  •  Acts as the C&S brand and C&S On-trade expert to local customers
  • Leverages deep understanding of local C&S market, customers, shopper and consumers to identify local customer opportunities and build customer relationships

  • Works with SP Sales Mgr to build compelling local customer proposals and plans to unlock distribution, brand equity building and sales opportunities in local C&S customers.

  • Effectively uses FIT framework and selling / activity toolkits to engage customers to stock C&S brand portfolio

  • Builds and negotiates customer investment, asset and activity proposals based on outlet guidelines to unlocak customers ensure loyalty & support of C&S portfolio and delivery of brand equity and sales targets

  • Works closely with regional TM mgr and Brand Ambassador to agree customer specific activities and events

  • Builds and tracks local customer account sales plans to deliver against brand equity, execution and sales targets and KPIs

  • Manages local customer budgets for activities to deliver PICOS

  • Works with local distributors and distributors sales teams to ensure delivery from them of ongoing effective customer service levels, stock management and payments and ongoing PICOS execution standards in outlets

  • Works with distributor technical teams to ensure delivery of equipment and draught quality maintenance

  • Inputs data and information into C&S systems to track performance against targets & budgets, update forecasts

  • Collect the competitor's first-hand market and sales activity information, and propose corresponding countermeasure

Professional qualification and competencies:

  • With brand & industry knowledge and business acumen, strong data analysis ability
  • With rich beer knowledge, convey beer taste, styles, quality standards and perfect serve

  • Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation and coaching skills

  • Integrity/positive/prudent/willing to take responsibility

  • Strong at distributor management

Educational / minimum requirements:

Education:

  • Associate degree or above. 

Language:

  • Good English both in reading and writing, and can use simple words to communication in English, familiar with Microsoft office software.

Experience:

  • More than 3 years working experience in FMCG industry, 2 years or above management experience, preferably with experience in wine, beverage industry.
