Responsibilities:
1. Order Management
Communication with Topeka on order changes and order details clarification.
Monitor loading with alignment across Costing, PD, TS, QA and PM.
Utilize system in respond to the requests efficiently and effectively, looking for the opportunity of shortening leadtime.
Apply PSS requirements on Products, Quality, Logistics and generals.
2. Factory Management
Communication with factory on orders and business requirements.
Monitor factory capacity and coordinate problem solving across Costing, PD, TS, QA and PM.
Understand factory capability and maintain effective relationship.
Enhance factory ability in satisfying PSS business needs.
Maintain or enhance core factory's performance and identify opportunities
3. Supplier Management
Material consolidation
Understand supplier capability and maintain effective relationship.
Coordinate problem solving across factory, supplier and PM.
Communication with supplier on business requirements
4. Routine activity Management

Requirements:
1. University graduate or equivalent above.
2. 5 years in the areas of factory production, product development or a background with a trading company, preferably from Footwear business with factory exposure, in the equivalent of a PSS PM Analyst position.
3. Proficient in English (oral and writing) and computer skills.
