Job Responsibilities:

  

1.Implement marketing and promotional activities, and make individual sales promotion plan;

  

2.Assist in preparation of seminars, exhibition and marketing events;

  

3.Supervise and provide selling guidelines, and training to customers;

  

4.Establish good relationship with customers, and maintain frequent visiting for key accounts;

  

5.Coach internal sales team to improve their professional knowledge & skills.

  

6.Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target for each month, and provide action plan and feedback to manage any obstacles in attaining such targets;

  

7.Develop potential distributors and new customers within the regional area;

  

8.Make monthly & quarterly sales forecast and control inventory data for all customers;

  

9.AR collection & analysis;

  

10.Other Tasks assigned by superior.

  

 

  

Job Requirements:

  

1.Bachelor Degree or above;

  

2.With 6+ years sales experience in fastener or related industries; and at least 2+ years’ experience in sales management;

  

3.Must have the experience of whole sales management; experience in distributors & retailers development and management are preferred;

  

4.Strong communication, presentation, leadership & negotiating skills;

  

5.Result oriented and highly self-motivated;

  

6.Fluent English both speaking and written.
