Job responsibility

1.Run requirement VMI planning.

2.Release delivery schedule to factory weekly. Track the confirmation and actual shipment.

3.Expedites and ensure delivery of critical materials to meet production requirement.

4.Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery.

5.Cooperation with warehouse to ensure VMI system record reconciled with actual VMI inventory

6.Control and carry out inventory analysis on weekly basis, take actions and well know the VMI concept and focus on inventory reduction

7.Deal with the slow-moving, none-moving stock regularly

8.Perform detailed analysis on inventory and logistics thru the use of excel as required focusing on inventory management, planning and/or forecasting.

9.Ensure the customer maintains appropriate inventory levels via accurate VMI Plans

10.Lead regular collaborative meetings with internal and external partners to ensure optimal service

11.Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree above better

• Prefer major in Supply Chain Management, Trade and Logistics

• 3 years work experience in material planning and control, MRP, Inventory management

• Be good at Oracle system
