职位描述
Position Overview:
Providing support in realizing OP business objectives in China.
Develop, coordinate all business activities such as preparation of service presentation, e-marketing (WEchat articles), webinars etc.
Short-term OP consultancy projects.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Business Growth:
o Maintaining close relationships with existing clients
o Supporting the working to build presentations and budgets on new bidding projects
o Identify any upselling opportunities and present to the other service lines as appropriate.
o Project Close-out and Reporting: Participation in review of projects metrics and of review of projects to be closed-out.
· On-boarding/Retention: Support the overall team with interviewing, training, on-boarding, and supporting new / junior team members
· Skills Assessment: Assess personal current skill levels for development plans to address the gap in skills (and incorporate into a development plan)
· Utilization: Target 80% utilization through billable project work & business development
· Training: Training of employees to ensure they have experienced quality on-boarding / on-going development and are productive. Stay current with training for current employees (i.e., Best Manager Training Series mandatory, Microsoft office, CAD, CAFM, etc.)
· Ethical: Ensure you and all employees are acting in accordance with JLL’s code of ethics & T&E policies at all times
· Mentorship (Formal & Informal): Participation in OP's practice with Mentorship program (as a mentee or mentor), as well as informal mentee/mentor relationships within JLL
· Responsible for OP Service Deliveries:
o Various OP projects based on signed agreements with clients, including Office comparative analysis, Benchmarking & Establishing metrics to measure portfolio, Data management, Migration/Restacking planning, Gap analysis, Scenario planning, Utilization planning, Demand planning and Data clean up etc.
o Client Project Feedback (Formal & Informal): Client Feedback from Project Satisfaction Survey and informal feedback
o Client Test-fit Feedback (Formal): Client Feedback from Test-fit Satisfaction Survey scores
o Best Practices Adoption / Thought Leadership: Adoption of the appropriate best practices, or creation/integration of Standard Operating Procedures, templates, and tools - incorporating them into the service delivery model of the account being supported.
o Quality of Deliverables / Outputs: to be reviewed by Engagement Manager (and/or ROM) for consistency, accuracy and quality
Qualifications:
· Be a solutions expert and collaborate with internal consulting teams to provide knowledge and support to project clients.
· Takes initiative, volunteers readily. Able to work independently with little supervision. Looks for and offers help when needed
· Fluent English and Chinese are required (spoken and written)
Technology Proficient:
Ability to utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with planning team and lines of businesses:
· Proficient in AutoCAD to produce test-fits and square foot calculations
· Knowledge in any of current CAFM programs on market preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel i.e. (V-Lookups, cell calculations, etc.)
· Ability to consolidate data and floor plans into Power Point for presentations to client and lines of business.
· Education / Yrs of Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Design or related field
· Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in facilities planning, or interior design in a corporate environment.
· Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, plus experience with interior office renovations.
