What this job involves:

Exciting opportunities to join JLL, a dynamic global Fortune 500 company and true Market leader in representing the best and biggest corporations in the world for their real estate decisions

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for attracting investment of the office building project

2. Sourcing and creating business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting Directors to win new clients.

3. Completing assigned leasing transactions from beginning and through the whole process in efficient and professional manner.

4. Reporting to line manager on a regular basis regarding client activity and other matters of significance to clients.

2. 协助挖掘新客户，建立良好客户关系

3. 高效、专业地完成租赁交易整个流程的工作

4. 向经理汇报日常客户活动及重要事宜
