PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Direct all finance staff and activities within the office to achieve the company goals and objectives. Implement policies established by the regional finance office. Provide timely and accurate management accounting and decision support information to the office head.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Play an integral part in business planning, including annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts;

Oversee financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and help ensure that targets are met;

Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors for annual and/or interim audits.

Ensure country compliance with global accounting policies & guidelines and SEC Sarbanes-Oxley Act;

Oversee Property Management Trust Accounting Team;

Ensure country profitability is maximized with appropriate level of cost control;

Give guidance on pricing for new and existing work;

Assist to define and implement KPI’s dashboard;

Manage Accounts Receivables.

REQUIREMENTS:

A degree in Accounting or recognised professional qualification in accounting;

No less than 10 years experience in financial accounting preferably in a multinational corporation.

COMPETENCIES ( ESSENTIAL)

Fluent in English and Chinese;

Good communications skills with the ability to communicate with senior management;

Creative problem solvers with strong business ethics;

Well versed in the PRC accounting and tax laws.

COMPETENCIES (DESIRABLE)

Knowledge of Hyperion;

Familiar with US GAAP.
