What are we looking for?

Key duties will include:

• To provide space planning support to client.

• To provide MAC project support and space utilization audit client.

• Responsible for all space data collection through physical survey.

• Validate all space information, including size, room name, ownership and functional use category, to ensure accuracy.

• Perform physical office utilization/occupancy allocation audit.

• Responsible to upload the most updated space information into the Space Planning database

• Report out space related information in the format and frequency as agreed upon with Customer.

• Perform data quality check on the Space Planning database and correct all discrepancies.

• Strong ability to multi-task.

• Positive, friendly and helpful attitude.

• Intermediate PC skill.
