Job Duty：

1. Conduct OnePlus’ go-to-market strategy and create action plans according to deep-analysis of product position and user demands.?

2. Plan for brand promotion projects and lead the production of key content strategy & assets to improve our brand’s influence and reputation.

3. Integrate and coordinate with internal and external resources, to execute the marketing plan and make sure it can satisfy the project goals.

4. Proceed with marketing research and analysis by studying our competitors?and?industry-wide standard.

5. Analyze and forecast industry trends, in order to provide a firm basis for the company’s decision-making process.

Job Requirement：

1. Bachelor or above degree, with marketing-related majors.

2. At least 3 years of marketing planning experience. Being familiar with smartphone or online industries is a plus.

3. Rich experience of asset (videos, visual related) creation process. Possesses a deep understanding of how to build a global brand.

4. Great creative thinking skills, good marketing sensitivity, and outstanding ability to design plans and strategies.

5. Experienced in project management, good at team collaboration and resource integration.

6. Business-level English language skills (verbal and written).?
