Line Manager部门经理: National Food Service Trade Marketing Manager 全国餐饮促销经理

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

- Be the face of Sinodis in the Demo Kitchen and outside Sinodis

作为公司展示厨房的负责人，对内及对外展示并宣传西诺迪斯形象；

- Coordinate pastry and western food workshops between Sinodis staff, trainees, and guest chefs for smooth implementation

与本公司员工、被培训者、客户方厨师沟通协调，安排糕点及西餐演示及培训；

- Develop and leads its own western food demo workshops to staff and customers

开发并组织对员工及客户的西餐演示课程；

- Create & build Sinodis recipes based on the company products & brands

根据公司产品和品牌情况创建西诺迪斯食谱；

- Procurement, inventory control and maintenance of demo kitchen equipments, tools and ingredients

负责厨房设备、工具及原材料的采购，库存控制及日常维护；

- Define and manage demo kitchen hygiene standard SOP

确立并管理厨房卫生标准操作流程；

- Manage demo kitchen team

负责厨房团队的管理工作。

Profile 岗位要求:

- F&B profile with at least 5 years’ experiences as pastry or restaurant/hotel chef, strong experience in managing the team;

五年及以上饼房/酒店厨师工作经验，较强的团队管理能力；

- Excellent communication and presentation skill, experiences in training is a plus;

良好的沟通和展示技巧，具备培训经验者优；

- Being with a social meaning, organized, rigorous, used to have responsibilities;

具备较好的社交能力，条理清晰，严谨并有较强的责任感；

- Master hygiene rules;

熟悉餐饮行业相关卫生规定；

- Fluent in English and Chinese.

可熟练进行英语和中文交流。
