职位描述

TITLE: Intern

LOCATION: Tianjin

DEPRATMENT: Firm Management

POSITION GOALS:

To deliver high quality, efficient and professional administrative services to the team in order to support a fast moving and dynamic international business and to provide a cooperative working environment within the team.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, energetic and keen to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated, responsible, good team spirit
  • Proficiency in oral/written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • College or university student is preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • At least working 4 days a week.
  • Provide superior administrative services.
  • Assist managing director’s assistant on some special events.
  • Assist the whole office as necessary on an ad hoc basis.

Provide superior administrative services

  • Help make or receive phone calls.
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing express service for all departments, take records and collect mails regularly.
  • Receive visitors and clients.
  • Administer office supplies and make orders as necessary.
  • Assist with the setup of equipment and facilities when necessary, such as projector, meeting room setup, etc.
  • Update TJ and other office contact lists and hotel lists regularly to ensure efficient communication among colleagues.
  • Assist with collecting and archiving building brochures and corporate publications, organizing the book shelf regularly.
  • Help to maintain the tidiness of our office during work hour, especially the meeting rooms, pantry and reception area.
  • Manage door cards and take records.
  • Clean up storage room, cabinet, and server room regularly.
  • Check refrigerator every day, fill up and clean up.
  • Rent temporary van for staff as necessary.
  • Assist to book air tickets or hotels for staff if someone asks for help.
