What this job involves:

- Handle inquiry from potential clients in regards to overseas property investment and able to provide investment recommendation and strategy to clients

- Provide high standard of advisory service on location, finance, letting and resale of property to clients

- Skilled in assisting prospective buyers in visiting, selecting and inspecting properties and sites

- Progress sale through to reservation, exchange and completion stage

- Commitment to customer service including after sales and sales progression

- Negotiate and agree sales price to both client and developer

- To effectively manage a sales database to optimize sales opportunities

- Closely working with JLL overseas teams on project coordination

- Able to work with targets and deadlines

- At lease 2-5 year working experience

- Overseas university graduate is preferred

- Good understand of US / Australia / UK in geography and culture

- Good command of English and confident to have business conversation to English native speaker

- Good teamwork spirit

- Accurate, numerate and computer literate
