• Audit daily inspector’s reports (pictures and reports protocols) in order to ensure the quality of the pictures and reliable information.
• Organize inspector’s pictures.
• Translate inspection report protocols from Chinese to English.
• Complete inspection reports and send it to Mexico headquarters office.
• Get in contact with Chinese suppliers in order to clarify doubts or confirm different kind of information.
• Contact with company inspectors in order to deal with potential questions of the reports.
• Daily communication with foreigner colleagues by email in order to help them to clarify questions or doubts related with inspection reports.
• Monthly, perform inspector’s evaluation scores according with each member performance.
• Solve independently problems related with their own work.
• Organize daily reports.
• Daily use of company internal systems.
• Other tasks assign by supervisor or manager.

• University graduate
• Good command of written and oral English
• Basic acknowledge of office software
• Patience and detail oriented
• Majored in English, Logistics, International Business are priority but not limited.
